The Conseil de la magistrature du Québec (the Council) must protect the personal information it holds. This information may come from Council members, Secretariat staff, or any individual who provides such information in the context of a complaint. The Personal Information Protection Policy is intended to establish the Council’s general principles, objectives, and methods for fulfilling this responsibility. It also outlines its governance rules in this regard.
